Gallery Musashi Ginza Toshio Ikeda Exhibition November 17-November 23

There is "Gallery Musashi Ginza" about 30m east of the cozy corner of Ginza 1-chome.

This day was also a walk after lunch, and when I passed in front of Gallery Musashi Ginza, I saw a shocking picture using the primary colors of yellow and red. It is a work called "Blue Sun".

Ladies and gentlemen surround the table in the back. A gentleman who seemed to be a painter was beckoning me.

I greeted you and continued viewing the pictures.

The wife who was present gave me very delicious tea.

Friends come to see one after another, and the commentary on the picture is not exhausted, and there is no end of fun chat.

The photo above is a work called "Fuji in January" and the right is "Gazania".

The work "Gazania" is a work that delivers power using primary red, yellow, and green colors, similar to the "Blue Sun".

On the left side is a work called "Sunflower". The right side is "Sunflower of the plateau".

The sunflower used in the vase was particularly noticeable in the red background, and I thought it was a wonderful work that was perfect for Van Gogh's "sunflower".

I wondered if the work on the right grew up under the sun around Karuizawa in Shinshu or Gunma.

Many sunflowers I saw at Hibiya Park in summer were exposed to the hot sunshine, grew quickly and remembered that the wreaths were turning their necks.

I also remembered a movie called "Himawari" played by Sophia Loren.

I asked Toshio Ikeda to take a commemorative photo in front of the teacher's masterpiece "Mangetsu".

I hope you will continue to draw beautiful and wonderful works in the future.

And I'm looking forward to seeing you again at a solo exhibition at "Gallery Musashi Ginza".
