We hold a carry-on wine party several times a year.
It's difficult to cook with wine because it depends on the wine.

That's why I've brought cheese not only to wine but also to restaurants recently.
I'm always taking care of the cheese kingdom in Ginza Matsuya.


Recently, I bought it at this shop.
Here are two cheeses that were particularly popular with those who participated in the wine party.

★Afidelis (upper left photo)
Washed cheese, a sister product of Epois, washed with Chabli wine.
I went to Epois Village in September of this year and bought it locally and it was delicious.
When I searched in Japan, the same thing was handled in the cheese kingdom and offered it at the wine party.

Not only goes well with chabli, but also goes well with red wine.
I have a little less habit than Epois.

Brie de Meau is the most famous of Brie cheese, but
It is said to be Brie 3 brothers in Bri de Mlan and Kro Mie.
Among them, I ate this Kuro-Mie for the first time.
Donger's products in the cheese kingdom were exquisite.
Of the three brothers, Brie is not licensed, so the price is reasonable.
It was recommended and offered by the staff, but it was very popular.

The staff of the cheese kingdom in Matsuya Ginza is knowledgeable and everyone is kind.
You can taste it, and it's fun to find your favorite cheese.

There are also cheese fondue cheese that can be easily made this season.
