[Information on Sake Events] "Traditional sake brewing" UNESCO Intangible Cultural Property registration memorial! "The 1st Premium Japanese Sake Festival in Nihonbashi" will be held on Friday, February 7 and 8 (Sat) at KABUTO ONE in Nihonbashikabutocho!

"New River" is a correspondent starting from "Shinkawa".

Speaking of "Shinkawa", sake. During the Edo period, sake (sake) made in Itami and Nada was transported to Edo by a barrel boat, and the place where it was unloaded was Shinkawa. Shinkawa is still dotted with offices of sake wholesalers and sake makers, and it shows the bustle of those days at the Reitaisai festival of Masaru Shinkawa Jingu Shrine and the Taru Sake Festival.

So, the first blog of the New River in 2025 will be a guide to the 1st Premium Japanese Sake Festival in Nihonbashi, which will be held next month in Nihonbashikabutocho, close to Shinkawa.

<Thoughts included in “KABUTO ONE”>
Kabuto-cho  has prospered as the center of the Japanese economy since the Edo period and has grown into one of the world's leading economic spheres. The name "KABUTO ONE" is based on the belief that Kabuto-cho will continue to be the starting point of the unchanging Japanese economy (May 21, 2019, Heiwa Real Estate, Yamatane Fudosan, Chibagin Securities News Release).

Yeah

The first blog of the New Year introduced us to the sake event held in Nihonbashikabutocho, and we were able to start with the theme of sake, which can be said to be a return to the origin.

This year, I hope to be able to write a variety of blogs, including my favorite liquor starting from Shinkawa (= New River).

To that end, I would like to focus on "moderate alcohol and exercise" and aim to live every day with more attention to health (^^;
