Bus route from Chuo-ku to the old Nikko-kaido Road

Currently, in Tokyo, "Nikko Kaido" is commonly known as National Route 4, but during the Edo period it passed a different route. Exit Nihonbashi and pass through the current O Temmacho where "Tsutaya Shigesaburo Koshodo Ruins" is located to Asakusa. From Asakusabashi to Kototoi Bridge west intersection, head northeast on the current "Edo-dori St.", turn north from there, follow Metropolitan Route 464, commonly known as "Yoshino-dori", and pass Minami-Senju Station on the south side of Senjuohashi. Join Route 4.
There is a bus route that follows this route generally, so let's introduce it. "East 42-1" system connecting Tokyo Station Yaesu Exit to Minami-Senju Station West Exit (or in front of Minami-Senju Garage) and "East 42-2" system connecting Higashikanda to Minami-Senju Station West Exit (or Minami-Senju Garage). The starting point of the latter system is in Chiyoda-ku, but since it passes through Bakurocho, it can be said that it is a route related to Chuo-ku.
If you take a walk in the hot topic area in Taiga drama series, why not get off at the Asakusa 7-chome bus stop and head northwest of Yamayabori Park? Walking from Moto Yoshihara to Shin-Yoshiwara is quite a distance, but a bus is in no time. If there were buses 250 years ago, Juzaburo Tsutaya might have been riding frequently.
