<Ginza Kumamotokan>, which celebrates its 25th anniversary in October this year, is a well-established store among nearly 80 antenna shops in the Tokyo metropolitan area.

Kumamon, a sales manager who is now very popular overseas, was established the previous year (2010) for the opening of the Kyushu Shinkansen in 2011. In 2013, the Kumamon goods specialty corner was relocated to the second floor because the goods increased steadily with popularity, and it could not be placed on the first floor anymore.

There are so many kinds of tofu only pickled miso. "Yamaunitofu" "Moromi tofu" and "cheese flavor" ... Just looking at it makes you want to drink a drink (laughs).

 

In addition, there will be a series of foods that are perfect for the sake tidbits, such as basashi, which has all the ingredients such as mane and kamaboko with ingredients. The price is gentle, the preservation period is long, and it can be put out on the dining table as it is, so it seems that it will be very useful when visiting.

 

Nyanko was also recommended, but I bought a total of 3,069 yen, including "Minamiseki Age (178 yen), "Yamaunitofu (648 yen), "Dried Bamboo (1080 yen)," "Eating amazake Pack (465 yen), and "Tokuyo Chirimen Crepe (698 yen)" ()

"Dried bamboo shoots" are simply soaked in water overnight and then cooked normally. The taste and texture do not accumulate.

"Minamiseki Age" is fried oil at room temperature. If I put this in Oyakodon instead of chicken, it was so popular with my family that it would disappear quickly.

 

I am surprised at the number of noodles, Japanese tea, yogurt, etc.
