The summer curry fair has become an annual event at Ginza Main Store, but this year's highlight is "Kobe Beef", which maintains the status of a global brand beef as "synonymous with Wagyu", and the Ginza Main Store and Shiseido Parlour Restaurant have made a menu at each restaurant.
In addition, it has been commercialized in a special gourmet series of retort that can be enjoyed at home, and has a lineup.

What is Kobe beef?
① Among the "Tajima beef" born under breeding farmers in Hyogo Prefecture, it must be an unpaired cow or neutering cow.

Wakayama Prefecture's “Kishu Umedori” brace and summer vegetable soup curry 2,900 yen (tax included)
Kishu Umedori, which features the original umami of chicken, moderate elasticity and softness, is cooked in a juicy curry-flavored bouillon.
