I looked at the recent Gulf region from Charetteville in Shiodome. The former site of Tsukiji Market is almost vacant. There are three Toei Oedo Line stations in Chuo-ku: Tsukiji Market Station, Kachidoki Station, and Tsukishima Station, but it is expected that the area around Tsukiji Market Station will undergo a major transformation in the future.
Harumi's Olympic Village is under construction for less than a year until the Olympic Games begin. After the completion of the athlete village, it seems that two tower apartments are planned, but at present it may be a middle-rise apartment group, so it seems that it is not so noticeable when viewed from a distance. If you look from above, you can feel that each building is quite dense. I think we should have more room for the occupancy rate.
At the three stations on the Oedo Line, the density around Kachidoki Station is conspicuous. I moved to the vicinity of Tsukishima Station about 17 years ago, but at that time there were no high-rise buildings near the intersection of Kiyosumi-dori, and the current high-rise buildings were vacant, so the transformation around Kachidoki Station is the largest of the three stations.
Around Tsukishima Station, the 53-story condominium CAPITAL GATE PLACE The Tower (702 units built in July 2015) was a major change, but the redevelopment condominium (MID TOWE GRAND 32 stories) is now being built up on Monja Street, and if this is expected to be completed in March 2021.
