Yamagata Plaza offers paid tastings of sake from sake brewery, which was damaged by the earthquake off the coast of Yamagata Prefecture in the Sea of Japan on June 18, 2019. Let's buy and drink products and support the reconstruction of the affected areas.　You can taste 5 kinds of sake, 2 cups for ￥500.

　Order 2 cups of brands at the cash register on the first floor, pay 500, and wait at [BAR Yamagata] in the back left corner.

　Soon, you will be served with the sake you ordered and today's appetizers. Today's appetizer was "Dadacha beans" from Yamagata Prefecture.　I ordered tamakonjac (3 skewered and 100 yen) for this.　The cool pure rice daiginjo "Snow God" and the pure rice Ginjo sake "Natsushu" are likely to forget the summer heat.　

　The shop had foods unique to Yamagata, and rare Tochi mochi was also sold.
