Progress in Nihonbashi Redevelopment!
Thank you. It's a donut.
This year has passed in an instant so that I don't know how many times I said, "It's already December?" 。 。 。
I can't count what I left behind, and the feeling of urgency is better than the sense of accomplishment ...
Contrary to my situation, the redevelopment of Nihonbashi is steadily progressing, so I would like to share the situation this time.
In Nihonbashi, multiple large-scale redevelopments are underway at the same time, mainly in the middle of Nihonbashi 1-chome. In particular, along the Nihonbashi River, the Nihonbashi River Walk concept, which connects the five redevelopment areas, has begun to move, and the entire city is being reorganized into a waterfront and pedestrian-centered city.
The super huge building behind Nihonbashi is said to be the main tower of the Nihonbashi area's largest redevelopment project, which proceeds in the central area in front of Nihombashi Station.
The height is 284 meters. Big…。 Recently, it has become an eye-catching presence wherever you are.
In addition, in the area across the road of Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi, a high-rise building with 36 floors above ground and a height of about 180m is scheduled to be built due to development, and it seems that demolition work has already begun.
It is said that buildings such as famous seaweed shops and Japanese confectionery shops will also be dismantled…。 It's exciting to see a new building, but it's still lonely that familiar sights change.
Due to the demolition work, the "Muromachi Koji" right next to it has also been closed.
My year has passed so quickly, but Nihonbashi is steadily evolving.
I want to do a little more next year, at least with the momentum of the city.
Then it was a donut.
