Ginza Tsuboyakiimo ~ I want to call it a sweets! 〜

At "Ginza Tsuboyakiimo" in Ginza 7-chome, you can enjoy grilled sweet potatoes that have been baked slowly over charcoal fire in the Tokoname ware pot.

Tsuboyakiimo is baked slowly at a low temperature of charcoal fire in a custom-made Tokoname-yaki pot for baked potatoes lined up at the storefront for 90 minutes.

When you enter the store, you can feel hot heat, but it's okay because the air conditioner works hard and greets you with cold water.

The shoppers sweat on the forehead and look at the condition of the potatoes and bake them carefully and moistly.

Nectar

The pots and potatoes are full of honey.

If you hold it tightly, it will be crushed, so gently hold it and have a skin.

Exuded nectar and crisp skin are exquisite matching.

It seems that the reason why the potatoes after harvesting are even sweetened is that they use "aged potatoes" that are laid down slowly to bring out sweetness.

It seems that some types of sweet potatoes are carefully selected nationwide and offer the best ones according to the season.

Cold

Oh, it's so hot! If you think, there is also "Ice Yakiimo".

Cool mouth blows away the heat.

It's just a sweet.
