The birth of Hakata's famous classic, Shinko Meitaiko, is depicted from the perspective of Toshio's son, who became the first employee of Fukuya.

Ken Kawahara is the current Director and Counselor of Fukuya Co., Ltd.

It was aired on TV West Japan in August 2013 and Kansai Television in January 2014.

After that, it was broadcast mainly on Fuji Television series nationwide, and was also broadcast in the Kanto area in February 2014.

In August 2014, it flowed nationwide at BS Fuji.

In March 2015, "Mentai Puri-Hakataza Edition-" was performed at Hakataza, Fukuoka.

The stage depicting the life of the couple, who are passionate about making spicy mentaiko, was warm and impressed and was very popular.

And this year, from March to April 2019, "Mentai Puri Future Eternity Edition" was also performed at Hakataza-san, and the same stage is the first landing in Tokyo at Meijiza.

It was released nationwide in January 2019.
