Shiseido aims to create beauty innovation with the corporate philosophy of "creating a beautiful lifestyle culture."

FARO on the 10th floor of Tokyo Ginza Shiseido Building, an innovative Italian run by Shiseido Parlour and operated by Shiseido Parlour, celebrated its first anniversary on October 1 this year.

In order to commemorate the first anniversary, we are preparing a course focusing on Chef Kotaro Noda, while transmitting new innovative Italians that combine Japanese ingredients and culture.

The course will be offered from Tuesday, October 1 to October 26 (Saturday).

 There is also a regular vegan course (special price of 6,000 yen for lunch 1st anniversary / dinner 12,000 yen).

Executive Chef Kotaro Noda is ... Chef Kotaro Noda's special course for the 1st anniversary of FARO Chef Kotaro Noda.

Born in Ehime Prefecture.

He moved to Italy in 1999. He trained at a famous Italian restaurant until 2007, and then worked as a chef locally.

In 2013, after training at the highest Nordic restaurants such as "Noma" (Copenhagen), I went to Italy again.

In November 2016, he won the second star in Michelin Guide Italy 2017.

I became the first Japanese to win two evaluations as a chef of Italian cuisine.

In 2017, he participated in the final competition of "Taste the World (held in Abu Dhabi)" as a representative of Rome and won the championship.

FARO has created a restaurant that customers can enjoy by demonstrating what it has cultivated in Italy in Ginza, Tokyo, in a Japanese culture that values the taste and season.

In addition, we are also challenging sustainable initiatives with a view to the world and vegan courses.
