　On October 13th, "GINZA de FRESH HOP FEST 2019" was held at BTG (BEER TO GO) on the 4th basement floor of Ginza Sony Park (Ginza 5). Three months from September 1 to November 30, Spring Valley Brewery, 81 craft breweries nationwide, hop producers, retailers, and more than 1,500 restaurants will participate. This is part of the "Fresh Hop Fest 2019" event where you can enjoy the "fragrance" of craft beer using Japanese hops just harvested this year. Due to the typhoon, the 12th was canceled, and the time was changed from 15:00 to 21:00L.O on the 13th.

As of April 2019, the number of craft breweries in Japan was 381, about 1.5 times more than three years ago, and in recent years, "Japanese hops", which feature "scent" that are not found in overseas hops, are attracting attention. "Fresh hop Fest" started in 2015 with the aim of supporting the revitalization of hop production in Japan by having them feel the goodness of fresh hops (fresh hops that have not been dried and freshly harvested).

At "GINZA de FRESH HOP FEST 2019", in addition to "SPRIMG VALLEY BREWERY Hop Fest" brewed using hop "IBUKI" from Tono, Iwate Prefecture, more than 30 of the brwaries participating in "Fresh Hop Fest 2019" will be provided.
