Relocated to Ginza Main Store and opened a cafe restaurant "K.MINAMOTO" opened
~ Soke Genkichichoan Ginza Main Store ~
This is rosemary sea, where we will improve our sense of "gifts and enjoy yourself".
The "Fruit Confectionery Nature Series" opened a new frontier and relocated and opened on October 3 (Thursday), a Japanese confectionery Soke Genkichichoan Ginza Main Store.
The new store is located on the first floor of the newly completed new headquarters building THE HOUSE.
From Ginza 7-8-9, move about 150m and go to Ginza 6-9-8, opposite GINZASIX.
It is said that Japanese culture will be conveyed through Japanese sweets in Ginza, where many people from Japan and abroad gather in the future.
On the 2nd to 5th floors of the new headquarters building, "K.MINAMOTO", a cafe restaurant operated by Genkichi Choan Soke, opened on October 19th (Saturday).
This time, I was also taken care of by Watanabe Manager of Soke Genkichichoan Ginza Main Store.
First of all, from the introduction of Japanese sweets by Mr. Genkichichoan on the first floor ...
Suikanshuku
584 yen per piece (tax included)
All Japanese dried persimmons are used luxuriously.
White bean paste, which focuses on good mouthfeel, enhances the sweetness of nature.
Gozenguri (Gozenguri)
378 yen per piece (tax included)
A carefully pickled chestnut is wrapped in gentle rice cake wearing a rich chestnut soboro and a flavorful chestnut bean paste.
Fukuwata (Fukui) Senbei
141 yen (tax included)
Cream with gentle sweetness is sandwiched between Western-style rice crackers baked in a wavy shape.
It harmonizes with a fragrant cracker with a crisp texture, a cream with a smooth mouth, and a mellow texture.
Next, I would like to introduce Mr. K.MINAMOTO.
「K.MINAMOTO」
It is said that the overall concept is "Ginza Harefruit", and in a modern era when the number of people who eat fruits on a daily basis decreases, it is said that the luxury of enjoying fruits in Ginza is "Small Halle Day".
And the food concept is "a dish that seems to be fruity than fruit."
They use fruits for all menus and stick to simple cooking to make them more fruity than fruits, and bold arrangements that convey the attractive colors, shapes, patterns, and textures of the fruits.
The fruits used are carefully selected from quality fruits that can be provided with confidence, mainly domestically produced ones.
A new sensation unique to Soke Genkichichoan, who has been offering creative Japanese sweets using fruits since its founding, such as Rikuno Hoju, which uses one whole Muscat of Alexandria. Please enjoy a cafe restaurant.
