Hakutsuru Ginza Style (HAKUTSURU GINZA STYLE), which is a repetitive explanation, was set up for the purpose of transmitting a lifestyle with sake from Ginza here.

Since 2006, various seminars on sake have been held mainly.

 

This time, we will introduce four seminars from late November to mid-December, which are currently being recruited.

Dr. Ukiyo, a representative of the Edo Culinary Culture Research Institute and a novelist of the era, will be invited as a lecturer to show the history of Nada sake popular in Edo and the secrets of "Edozen Sushi", which represents the food culture of the common people of Edo.

The chef is Mr. Jos Ren, the coach of the Japanese national team at Poquez Dole, French cuisine contest.
