Let's walk the Chuo-ku Walking Map!
Do you know the "Chuo-ku Walking Map"?
It is a B5 size booklet with a total of 9 courses that support health promotion while visiting historical buildings, monuments, and places to relax on the waterside in Chuo-ku.
Each course varies from 3 to 7 km. According to each theme, the course is set so that you can walk all over Chuo-ku. Since many photos are posted, it is a fun booklet that is easy to understand and always wants to keep in your bag!

Crossing, traversing, turning around Chuo-ku, making it a unique route. There are also courses where you can walk quite seriously. I walked in two days.
Take in hydration and breaks firmly, and don't forget to consult with your physical strength and physical condition.
And what I'm glad is that you walk all the courses and answer the quiz at the end of the booklet to get a "complete certificate"! Please bring the completed booklet to the Health Promotion Section on the 3rd floor of Chuo-ku Public Health Center. The name is included in the "Completion Certificate" and I am very heartfelt!
In addition, the "Chuo-ku Walking Map" booklet contains advice on clothes and preparatory exercises for walking, as well as dietary education and living wisdom related to health promotion.
In the coming season, it's a good idea to walk while enjoying the scent of autumn leaves and flowers.
