Tour of "bridge" in Chuo-ku④
This bridge crosses from Kayabacho Intersection on Eitai-dori St. toward Eitai Bridge. On weekdays, many office workers come and go, so you may not be very conscious. There is a large Nihonbashi sluice gate on the left in the direction of Eitai-dori St., and beyond that you can see the Sky Tree. The balustrade design resembles a bird like seagull. To the right is the Kameshima Bridge and Shin-Kameshima Bridge, along with the Kamejima River. The seawalls of the river are being greened.
Kayaba Bridge
Kayaba Bridge is located on Shin-ohashi-dori St. toward Ningyocho. This is also a big bridge, spanning the Nihonbashi River, and the Metropolitan Expressway runs above. There is also a small park at the base. There are some railings that resemble river crossings, and there are differences depending on the bridge, so it is interesting to look around the differences.
