Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store Shop has started accepting reservations for the popular "Christmas cake" every year in a limited quantity.
A total of 4 types are available, including the special shortcake "Kokot Dunoerouphrase" using 50 strawberries, and the new rich chocolate cake "Gatokaduyuit".
A gorgeous cake will color the Christmas dining table.

"Cocot dunoerouphrase"
11,880 yen (tax included): 19cm in diameter x 8cm in height (cocot part)
It is a cocot cake that can be enjoyed by 8 to 10 people, which is made softly by 8 to 10 people, using 50 strawberries (*) per unit for decoration and slice, sand, jelly and jam.
Finely sliced sponge cake, fresh cream is combined with homemade strawberry jam made with strained strawberry juice so that you can fully feel the freshness and sweet and sourness of strawberries.
It is recommended that you scoop it with a large spoon and divide it into a plate with the scent of overflowing strawberries.

"Bush Dunoer Maron"

Based on domestic Japanese chestnuts, Bush Dunoel is pure white like snow, finished with a gentle taste with marron and chocolate.
In the chestnut mousse seasoned with Conac, there is a shanti vanilla with chopped domestic astringent skin chestnuts and a rich claim chocolate.
Hazelnuts, almonds, and walnuts are also decorated, and you can enjoy its texture.
It is an adult cake with a light taste and a chic design inspired by a winter forest.

It is a very gorgeous shortcake that looks like a frill-like fresh cream of Shiseido Parlour's proud fluffy mouthfeel.
The cake was decorated with bright red strawberries.

Gatukadu is a cake representing the Ginza Main Store Shop.
A special cake wearing this gorgeous ribbon is now available in the Christmas version.
The octagonal cake is made like a gift by putting a ribbon on it.
It is a rich chocolate cake with chocolate mousse of vanilla and caramel as the main accent and chocolate mousse of apple tea.
