Stollen is a traditional confection that is sliced little by little during an advent until Christmas in Germany.

Fermented dough with chopped skin almonds flavored with Western liquor is added luxuriously with raisins, oranges, apple, cherry and pine, as well as spicy fragrances such as cinnamon, cardamon, and nutmeg.

It is baked and wrapped in a burnt butter while it is hot to make the dough moist, and it is finished with fine granulated sugar with a crisp texture.

The plump taste becomes deeper and mellower with each passing day.
