The first generation was President Eiji Shigemori.

Both "Shigemori Eishindo" and "Zeitaku Senbei" are named by President Eiji.

In 1905, he moved to Tokyo from Shinshu Ina and trained in Tokyo and Osaka before becoming independent.

"Eishindo" is my name "Ei", and "Shin" from Shinshu, where I came from, in addition, in business, trust and trust are the first priority.

In the meantime, I continued to want to make rice crackers using sugar and eggs, and commercialized them as "Zaitaku rice crackers".

And the first idea continues.

In the early Showa era, when we moved our store to the corner of the current Ningyocho intersection, we decided to use an airplane that was still rare at that time in advertising.

So I loaded the flyer on the plane and scattered it from the sky.

It seems that all over Tokyo was surprised that unprecedented, and "Zeitaku Senbei" became famous at once.

In Keigo Higashino's novel "Newcomer", which was published 10 years ago, it became a model for "Ningyoyaki" that appeared in Chapter 1 and its shop.

It is famous as a model of a puppet ware shop that appeared in the subsequent TBS drama "Shinjin", the novel and movie "Kirin no Tsubasa", and also as a "when the prayer curtain descends", and as an actual location.

The doll ware found at the victim's home, which appeared at the beginning of the "newcomer", is also the doll ware used by detective Kyoichiro Kaga as a souvenir at the "when the curtain of prayer falls" by Shigemori Nobudo's doll ware.

Higashino's novel new book `` The thread of hope '' in July this year is slightly different from the `` newcomer series '', and Shuhei Matsumiya (Matsumiya Shuhei: cousin of Kyoichiro Kaga), who was a supporting role until now, is the main character, and Ningyocho neighborhood does not appear.

However, in the novel, the souvenir that Detective Matsumiya brought was "Ningyo-yaki". From the flow so far, it is definitely a doll ware here by Nobudo Shigemori.

There is also a poster at the top right of the president's image, but in the past, there was a large signboard such as Hiroshi Abe who starred in front of the shop.

Also, a few years ago, the "Newcomer Series" became a boom in Taiwan, and it seems that this shop also had tourists visiting locations from Taiwan.
