The sight of early winter of white persimmon

"Anpo persimmon" which is exposed to the sun and cold wind.
It is made with a unique method of fumigating and drying astringent persimmon.
You can see white powder blowing on the surface and turning into a light color.
It seems that shipments have begun in the market.
