Hakutsuru Ginza Style (HAKUTSURU GINZA STYLE), which is a repetitive explanation, was set up for the purpose of transmitting a lifestyle with sake from Ginza here.
Since 2006, various seminars on sake have been held mainly.

This seminar is held under the theme of "Let's enjoy the story of Kabuki."
Lecturer is Mr. Kanada, former Kabukiza manager who knew everything about the stage of Kabukiza in every corner.

Enolog is a wine brewing technical manager. This is a wine seminar by Enolog.
Focus on grapes, which are indispensable for delicious wine.
We will explore the secrets of producing delicious grapes, such as differences in grape cultivation methods for each variety and how they grow.
In addition, we will explain in an easy-to-understand manner with tasting of several types of wine, such as how to taste and enjoy wine.

・ In fact, there is no system in Japan to become an enologg.
For this reason, the Enologg Subcommittee of the Wine Technology Research Society
〇 Those who have obtained the national qualification of Enolag overseas
〇 Or, pursuant to the provisions of the International Enolag Federation, a member of the Institute of Wine Technology, who has acquired knowledge of science and technology related to winemaking at technical colleges, universities, and graduate schools, and has at least three years of practical experience, and who has been recognized as being qualified as an enologg by the President of the Enolog.
Has been certified as an enolog.
・ As of December 2019, there are currently 144 Enologg qualified holders in Japan.
・ In the internationally prestigious wine competition, the majority of the judges are Enologg.
※ In the case of a large number of applicants, a lottery will be held.
