NEW Open in Tsukishima "YUNIVERSO" Chocolate shop made by Chocolatier
Hello, this is Harumi Madam. It will be my first post in a long time. Today, I would like to introduce the newly opened chocolate shop in Tsukishima on August 22nd (Sat). Knowing New Open in a newspaper insert advertisement, what about Tsukishima! A stylish chocolatier shop! I was so happy that I came to Japan. When you enter the store, you have a very unique scent ... When the son who was together is sniffing, the shop said, "It's a fresh banana just arrived from Ecuador today. In order to make this a signboard banana juice, aging is necessary ... ", And showed me that there are many bananas hanging on the banana stand behind. That's right! One of the things I wanted was the "chocobanana juice". The name of this shop is "YUNIVERSO". This is a stylish chocolate shop produced by Chocolatier Hidehiro Ooka (Yoshihiro Ooka). The shop is just on Monja Street. The combination of a chocolate shop in the back of the arcade of Japanese shop curtain in Tsukishima-like Monja town is also exquisite (^ _-)- ☆ The store name "YUNIVERSO" seems to be a word for "space", and it is said that Ooka's name Y was added to the Spanish word "UNIVERSO" which is said to be the birthplace of chocolate, making it easier to read. The moon, located in Tsukishima, is also in space, so it seems that it is hung. It's the perfect name for a wonderful shop in Tsukishima.

What is this building? ? 〝CLT PARK HARUMI〟
This is Harumi Madame. It's been a month since the beginning of 2020. It's early (; ^ω^) By the way, this building suddenly appeared at the intersection of Harumi 3-chome last fall! What is it? What is it? I was worried about it. This is "CLT PARK HARUMI" A strong "tree" scent that you feel first when you enter the facility. I had the impression when I went to Japanese cypress wood bath such as inns. Every place is made of "trees" and has a wonderful atmosphere. [This facility was designed and supervised by Kuma Kengo Architects and Urban Design Office and developed, designed and supervised by Mitsubishi Estate Group using CLT materials provided by Maniwa City, Okayama Prefecture in Harumi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. For about one year until the fall of 2020, it will be operated as a base for communicating the appeal of CLT and transmitting culture and information, and will be relocated and used at Hiruzen, a national park in Maniwa City. As a new way to utilize CLT, we aim to recycle resources and culture between cities and regions by realizing a sustainable structural system that can be relocated and sustainable. ] It was written in the official brochure. So what is CLT? When I was wondering, this was also explained in the brochure. [CLT (Cros Laminated Timber) is a large-sized wood panel in which a wooden board is bonded so that the fiber direction intersects at right angles. A new building material developed mainly in Australia, with more stable strength than conventional wood panels, excellent in earthquake resistance, heat insulation, fire resistance, etc., and can be used for large-scale construction structures. Excerpted from the official pamphlet) In other words, the entire large building is made of CLT wood. It smells like a tree.
