"Chuo-ku first story map" issued by Chuo-ku Tourism Association has been reborn as a pop design. Currently, it is temporarily closed, but can usually be obtained at the Chuo-ku Tourist Information Center.

The top image is the original Tenugui that was sold the other day. I'm collecting Tenugui for the first time this kind of delicious towel. The model of the design is a white rice bento from Namiroku, a signature folded at Nihonbashi Benmatsu Sohonten.

In commemoration of the 170th anniversary of our founding, the original Tenugui sold only 50 pieces. There was a response from all over the country, and it was sold out in seconds. Due to its popularity, it will be resold in May without limiting the quantity. Mail-order sales by bank transfer is also possible. It seems that it was distributed to your favourite, so maybe it's a match with that Kabuki actor.

Tenugui is produced by "Todaya Shoten" of pear garden dyeing. As for this shop, Mr. Rosmali is now in close-up. I was curious about reading my blog, so when I found that the original Tenugui from Nihonbashi Benmatsu Sohonten belonged to Todaya, the joy doubled.

Many of you may have purchased Benmatsu lunch boxes in the basement of Depa, but some sales outlets are temporarily closed due to the recent declaration of a state of emergency. Therefore, during this period, lunch boxes and side dishes are sold directly at the main store in Nihonbashi and the factory in Eiyo, Koto-ku. I'm envious of those who live and work nearby. At present, it is sold at the head office on weekdays and at the factory on weekends and holidays, but the sales date, time, and number of sales are fluid, so it is certain to check the latest tweet with the official account. It is said that information on original goods such as resale of Tenugui will be announced on this occasion.

April 25 (Saturday) TV Tokyo "Haunting! Ad Street Kokuten" is a special edition entitled "A long-established Nihonbashi". Chuo-ku fans can't miss it.

On June 16 (Tuesday), Japan Post will issue a special stamp on the theme of accessories, food, and buildings around Nihonbashi. That "Nanroku" will be a stamp this time! I can't wait for this too.

Right now I can't easily go out freely, but I'm very happy to be able to enjoy the city of Nihonbashi while staying at home like this.
