[Ginza 1-chome] Look for delicious barley tea
"Food Country Fukuikan"
Hello everyone. The day called dangerous heat continues, is there any change?
Rehydration is essential even if you spend your time indoors. This is an article about cold tea that I wrote about 2 years ago.
A little tea break-a little cool, cool tea promotion-(August 2018)
At this time, we introduced the city of Ningyocho Seto, which is held in August, while recommending watered green tea, but this time I was thinking about the domestic trip that has been out for a while because of barley tea.
※This year (2020), Ningyocho Setono City was not held to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection.
"Delicious barley tea that can be eaten as is" Fukui Barley Club
There are many brands and production areas in barley tea, so I sometimes try different tastes and enjoy it.
Normally, it is standard to turn barley tea milk from roasting with a strong color and taste, but here is the slightly different barley tea purchased this year.
Delicious barley tea (500 grams) Tax 594 yen
I was attracted to the straight naming. It is written as 100% Rokujo barley from Fukui Prefecture. Fukui Prefecture is said to be the largest producer of Rokujo barley in Japan.
It is a proof of safety and security that you can eat as it is. You can take abundant dietary fiber of barley by eating it as grains.
When I boiled it out, it was beautiful amber. The color is thin, but it has a solid taste and aroma and is delicious. I thought the gentle color and fragrant flavor were similar to the corn tea that I used to drink before.
HARIO's heat-resistant glass pitcher is the original goods of tea specialty stores around the world.
This "delicious barley tea that can be eaten as it is" is said to have been adopted as a drink menu in some popular soup specialty stores. It's nice to be able to choose non-caffeine drinks at restaurants.
The way to make barley tea is easy, and the blog of "Omugi Mama" at Fukui Barley Club posted "How to boil eco-friendly and delicious barley tea". I don't have to cook it.
Since the amount of wheat grains per liter of hot water is 10 grams, how many liters of barley tea can be made with 500 grams?
Aside from the answer to arithmetic, it's perfect for families who drink very much together.
To Chuo-ku to find delicious barley tea
Currently, there are four shops in Tokyo that handle products of Fukui Barley Club. It was also in Chuo-ku.
It is Fukuikan, an antenna shop in Fukui Prefecture in Ginza 1-chome.
"Delicious barley tea that can be eaten as it is" was near the entrance, so it was found immediately.
There was a little eat-in corner in the back of the shop, so that you can easily enjoy the famous Echizen Oroshi soba. I didn't know that I could eat in the store until then. I'd like to try it next time.
After shopping at the food Kuni Fukuikan, I looked back on memories of Fukui Prefecture that I once visited.
I didn't have the opportunity to travel this summer, so I would like to visit my brain, including cities that I haven't visited yet.
Fukui Prefecture is full of the best in Japan!
Japan's No.1 Dinosaur Kingdom
Fukui Prefecture, where many fossils of dinosaurs have been discovered, is a world-famous dinosaur kingdom. I have encountered dinosaur objects everywhere. This is Fukui Station.
The Fukui Prefectural Dinosaur Museum in the Katsuyama Dinosaur Forest displays 44 dinosaur skeletons. The dinosaur egg-like building was designed by Noriaki Kurokawa, and there was an escalator that took you from the entrance to the basement at once, and it was a museum that was impressive as a building.

Speaking of the design of Kiaki Kurokawa in Chuo-ku, there is a central bank capsule tower building in Ginza. If you think of the off-site ticket office, is it a building street? Or is it a horse racing street?
Tojinbo is the most famous cliff in Japan
The rough seas of the Sea of Japan hit the rough rock surface. If you take a sightseeing pleasure boat, you can see the cliffs from above the sea. The street from the prefectural road to the coast was a retro shopping street lined with souvenirs and seafood, and it was a peaceful and Showa atmosphere that was different from a steep quay.

Obama's chopsticks are the best in Japan
Obama City, known as Wakasa's Little Kyoto, seems to have presented a specialty Wakasa-painted chopsticks to the 44th President of the United States of America. It is said that 80% of Japanese painted chopsticks are made in Obama City, so all Japanese people may have used chopsticks from "Made in Obama".
The sacred place for glasses is Lexi fabric
Rexy Ike-chanko and Takashi Ikeda, who are praised as Sabae's stars, are artists who have a deep knowledge of Japanese history. Sabae City, where Ike-chan was born, boasts a market share of more than 90% of domestic production frames. Ike-chan, who loves the local area, has been appointed by Sabae City as the first "Sunglass Ambassador".
……There were still a lot of highlights. I would like to go on a trip to Fukui Prefecture one day again.
The antenna shop is also a useful spot for collecting information before the trip, so I'd like to stop by regional cuisine this time.
