[Taste of Chuo-ku] Supervised by Ginza Nile Restaurant "Spicy Indian Chicken Curry"

Hello everyone. Did the harsh heat finally reach its peak?
Today, before the end of summer, I would like to talk about the taste of Chuo-ku, which we can meet at a supermarket that is still in time.

Enjoy the taste of the Nile restaurant at home

Right now, Ito-Yokado sells a total of three types of lunch boxes and side dishes in collaboration with Nile Restaurant, entitled "I want to go to the Ano store's Ano taste house!"

Nile Restaurant in Ginza 4-chome is Japan's oldest Indian restaurant specializing in cuisine, founded in 1949. It is a restaurant that is popular not only for curry lovers but also for Kabuki fans, and is also a sacred place for Coskin listeners.

Please refer to the previous article for details.

In conjunction with the “Yokado Summer Festival”, the third generation Yoshimi Nile devised a menu that makes home rice fun and commercialized it with spices used in the shop.

It's almost the end of the summer festival. I will eat and report immediately so that I don't miss it.

※It may not be sold at some stores.

Full-fledged curry lunch with authentic spices as it is. Since it is warmed and eaten in a microwave oven, it seems good for lunch at work.

In an oval vessel, turmeric rice, chicken, mashed potatoes, and hot vegetables. It has an appearance reminiscent of Mur Guy lunch. Mur Guy Lunch is a unique one-plate dish unique to Nile Restaurant, and a must-have menu that must be ordered at the shop. It seems that this lunch box has been sent to the restaurant's signboard menu, Muru Guy Lunch from the development stage.

Even though it looks exactly the same, the taste is unique to collaboration products. Mild finish with flavor of coconut familiar with South Indian cuisine.

During this spring's declaration of a state of emergency, Nile Restaurant
sold daily lunches that are not normally offered, sometimes on-site delivery, and supported the demand for meals for people working around Ginza. The daily lunch box also worked on a challenging menu, and it became so popular that it sold out every day. While keeping tradition, the spirit of the third generation Yoshimi Nile is full of creativity.

Mur Guy Lunch has the same taste since its inception. In this project, the third generation, who is in charge of the modern day of Nile Restaurant, tried to evolve its taste 70 years ago. Spicy Indian Chicken Curry is a dish that can be called the new "Mur Guy Lunch Evolution".

And it is said that it is customary to mix and eat all these bentos. "Let's eat together" is the Nile restaurant.

The side menu is also full-fledged.

It was a special feature in the fried chicken at the side dish corner. It has a bright red color, but it is not spicy, but sweet and spicy.

This has a spicy scent called Tandorichikin, and I regret that I should have put it in 5 pieces (537 yen including tax) immediately after opening it. It was soft and tasted good.

If you arrange lunch boxes and side dishes, you'll feel like a Nile restaurant.

Menchikatsu supervised by a brick pavilion

Ito-Yokado's "I want to go, at the Ano-flavor house at the Ano store!" We're collaborating with another famous restaurant.

The name of the shop is Brick Tei. Founded in 1895, it is a long-established Western-style restaurant in Ginza 3-chome that celebrated its 125th anniversary this year. In the "Chuo-ku First Story Map" issued by the Chuo-ku Tourism Association, it is introduced as the "store of pork cutlet".

This year's Yokado Summer Festival, which can only be seen as the Chuo-ku Fair. I bought this too without hesitation. Menchikatsu seasoned with original seasonings supervised by the chef. The outside was crispy and the inside was juicy.

Post-meal comments

It would be nice to have a place where you can easily choose from shopping at the supermarket. It is also nice that prepared foods with “Taste of Chuo-ku” are sold nationwide.
This made me want to visit a restaurant in Chuo-ku again.
Since the one introduced this time is limited to a limited time, it will be sold soon, but Ito-Yokado also has other collaboration products with famous stores in Chuo-ku, so I hope to report it again.
