Tokyo Midtown Yaesu's "Yae Pub" shop
Tokyo Midtown Yaesu opened its grand opening on March 10th.
In the shopping and gourmet area on the 1st to 3rd floors, which opened this time, there are many shops with unique attention, popular shops and restaurants and cafes that have opened for the first time in Tokyo.

There are a lot of interesting shops, but the "Yae Spa Brick" on the second floor is attracting attention. It is a so-called food court lined with small restaurants, but I'm a little surprised that there are shops that do not open stores other than the main store. I tasted it right away.
Shaved Ice Collection Baton Secret Hall
The shaved ice collection baton is a popular shaved ice shop nationwide that opens for a limited time.
In the first installment, that popular shaved ice shop "Himitsudo" in Taninaka was opening.
I came to the store on a still cold day in March, so I thought it was a bit early to eat shaved ice, but in front of the shop, a long line was very popular.
It will be open until April 10th. It seems that there is also shaved ice limited to Yaesu.
I'll try it when I get warm.
Taiwan Street Food Orr So
"Taiwan Street Food Orr So" is a Taiwanese cuisine that can be enjoyed casually like a stall. A popular Taiwanese restaurant in Hakusan, Bunkyo-ku has entered Yaesu for the first time. The signboard menu is wantan, so I ordered pork wantan. Watan, which is large and packed with meat, can't be said to have a crisp texture.
POPUP ramen niboshi soba indigo
This is also a "POPUP ramen" that opens in a relay type that is replaced for a limited time.
The first one is "Niboshi Soba Ai" in Kyoto, a famous restaurant that has been published in the Michelin Guide Kyoto for the fifth consecutive year.
This time, I received the standard "Niboshi Soba Special Chinese Soba". It was an elegant seasoning with the broth of boiled and dried bonito, and it was a bit different from the kori ramen that I usually eat. It was delicious.
Next time, I would like to try Kyoto White Dashi Chinese soba limited to Yaesu.
The store is open until June 30.
