1． Overview
　Despite the location of excellent transportation convenience close to JR Tokyo Station, this area has issues such as fragmentation of the site and aging of buildings, taking advantage of the location potential in front of Tokyo Station. Land use is not being done.
　For this reason, by implementing an urban redevelopment project utilizing the special urban regeneration area, advanced use will be carried out by consolidating land and reorganizing the block, as well as strengthening the traffic node function in front of Tokyo Station and enhancing international competitiveness. By introducing functions, reducing environmental impact, and strengthening disaster prevention response capabilities, the city functions appropriate for the Tokyo station area will be updated.
