~TOKYO Walk 2023 Exciting Walk ~
Remotely navigate the beloved Chuo-ku, rosemary sea.
The TOKYO Walk 2023 Waku Waku Walk, hosted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Sports Culture Corporation and the Japan Walking Association, rediscover the charm of Tokyo by walking around Tokyo's tourist attractions and green spots. This is a walking event where even those who have few opportunities to experience sports can easily enjoy health promotion and exchange through sports.
For this year of the TOKYO Walk, “joining walking”, which walks from the venue, will be held at two venues, the Tama area and the ward area.
As the first part of FY2023, the “Lake Tama Course to Enjoy Nature” was held in the Tama area on September 16 (Saturday), along the Karahori River, where green spaces around Lake Tama and wild birds visit. It was a course to go back and forth between quiet residential areas and experience the contrast between "town and nature".
Rosmari has participated as a volunteer for the 2023 1st Walking Event of the Tokyo Metropolitan Sports Culture Corporation.
In this article, I would like to introduce some of them.

・・I'm sorry to have kept you waiting. TOKYO Walk 2023 Exciting Walk This is an introduction of the first walk.
※ All staff members included in the image have been granted permission to post the image.
※ I used my own break time to shoot images.
Tokyo Metropolitan Sayama Park
The first round of the TOKYO Walk 2023 Waku Waku Walk was set as the start and goal venue at "Kaze no Hiroba" in Sayama Park.
Start reception
Rosmari was placed here at the start reception as a position.
Check the reception number and name, and give the course guide and bib.
The reception was held in the order of long course, middle course, and short course.
Immediately after the reception start time of each course, there was a long line of walking people.
The seat on the right, where no one is sitting, is Rosmali's position.
It was the third time at the start reception, and the first time at the goal reception.
Taking advantage of the crowded situation, taking pictures of rosmari using the specified individual break time was painful.
Number entry point
Those who have completed the reception will head next to the "bib number entry place".
After filling out the form on the back of the bib, attach it to your clothes or bag.
Start
It's the gate of the start.
Walking participants leave here and turn left immediately.
Then you will enter a narrow path.
Volunteer staff stands in the center or left to guide you.
Guidance with a pleasant feeling of air may be preferred for those who enjoy walking.
Goal
Looking back at the start gate, looking back, looking back at the back of the start display, it says "GOAL".
You realize that you are also using the gate of the goal.
By the time the participants of the last short course passed the start gate, finishers who were not completed the long course had passed through this goal gate.
The bib entry place at the start will be the "questionnaire entry place" for those who completed the walk.
The start reception where Rosmari was also transformed into a "goal reception" for those who completed the walk.
At the goal reception, check the course that was walked, confirm the completion certificate of the course that was walked, a certificate of completion of one course out of two courses (because a medal will be awarded for two courses), and a special sponsor of this event We will give you a lion's souvenir voucher to the finisher.
Lion booth
Souvenir exchange for those who have completed the walk will take place here.
The booths included a general reception, a participant reception on the day, a rally reception, etc., as well as a volunteer break space and a rescue tent.
Rosemari fell just before the volunteer group, rubbed his palms and elbows, and visited the rescue space twice, but it seems that only rosesmari used this rescue room on the day.
In addition to the lion booth, there were also booths selling pears and vegetables, selling clothing and sunglasses, and SPOPITA stamp rally receptionist.
・・・ How did you imagine walking?
I could only explain from the volunteer's point of view, but despite the heat, the walking participants' goals with a clear smile remained impressive.
Next is the second time, finally the turn of Chuo-ku.
Why don't you walk on December 2, which is suitable for walking, "Course to enjoy the change of TOKYO"?
