This is the 3rd installment of "View up at high-rise building-Ger Mikami's high-rise building".

This time, I looked up at the Grand Tokyo North Tower.

The part that is built is slightly in Chiyoda-ku, but I will explain the background of the introduction later.

This is the first and second installments of this series.

History of the introduction of Grand Tokyo North Tower

The Grand Tokyo North Tower is located at 1-9-1 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, and not in Chuo-ku.

It is at the border with Chuo-ku, but it is slightly "Chiyoda-ku".

However, the view from this building is mostly in the Yaesu district of Chuo-ku.

Rosmari was photographed ascending in this building where Daiwa Securities Headquarters is located.

No, I didn't mean I entered without notice.

We used the reception space of Daiwa Securities on the 17th floor of the building with permission and met with friends.

As I will introduce from now on, what you can see is the Chuo-ku side, the cityscape of Yaesu, which is wonderful.

The Grand Tokyo North Tower is ...

The Grand Tokyo North Tower is 204.9m high and is the third tallest building in Chiyoda-ku as of June 2024.

(No. 1 is Tokiwa Bridge Tower, 212m, No. 2 is Grand Tokyo South Tower, 205m.)

43 floors above ground, 4 floors below ground, 17 to 42 floors are office floors.

The building was completed in August 2013, directly connected to Tokyo Station.

The Daimaru Tokyo store and Daiwa Securities Group Inc. are also included here.

I took a picture from the window of the elevator.

It's a view in the direction of Yaesu.

You can see the view of Yaesu below from the reception lounge on the 17th floor of the Grand Tokyo North Tower.

The building on the upper right is the YAMMAR TOKYO (Yanmar Tokyo).

"Tokyo Midtown Yaesu" can be seen from the window on the 18th floor of this "Grand Tokyo North Tower".

It was introduced in the second part of this series.

"Tokyo Midtown Yaesu" is 45 stories above ground.

I looked down from the 17th floor.

It's a very wide pedestrian crossing with a trapezoidal white line in the lower center.

From Yaesu to Tokyo Station, from Tokyo Station to Yaesu, it is endless convenient.

The sidewalk will be on the Chuo-ku side.

This is the "wide pedestrian crossing".

It's certainly wide.

This shining feeling is the beauty of modeling that I can't say anything.
