Have a blissful time in the Chinese summer of Kyobashi Fall Summer Palace
In March of this year, we visited "SHOKUIKI", which introduced Kyobashi's "Iki", which was introduced on Tabicco's blog, and "Summer Palace" (Iwaen) for an autumn project.
Kyobashi, which was located between Nihonbashi and Ginza since the Edo period, had an important bridge under the direct control of the Shogunate, and it is a smart city connecting the prestigious Nihonbashi with the cutting-edge Ginza. The symbol of Kyobashi [Kyobashi Edgran] On the 6th floor of the South, there is an authentic Chinese restaurant called "Summeriwaen".

Assorted cold vegetables with live abalone, jellyfish, and albi shrimp seasonal vegetables
The first thing brought was the assortment of cold vegetables, and the whole live abalone is riding in the middle. The sauce uses green onions, ginger, and sansho, and it is a fragrant dish with soft abalone. The assorted persimmon jelly, jellyfish, and buds are sour and the abalone is pulled up.
Fluffy fin shaped soy sauce stewed with porcinitake mushroom flavor with risotto of five kinds of beans
Azuki beans and lentils, which are boiled with a large shark fin wrapped with risotto, are in harmony with the soy sauce sauce. Portini mushroom is a koroko mushroom named after the Italian word "pork", but here it became a delicious sauce and added a rich aroma.
Yuri root and shrimp crab claw fly Shanghai crab sauce
I'll have it fried in a crispy fried shinjo. The sauce of Shanghai crab is mixed with red vinegar and has an elegant taste. Everyone who gathered here said, "I want you to put it on bread because the sauce is wasteful!" I agree with the sauce of porcini mushrooms.
Special fried XO soy sauce with domestic beef fin meat and autumn vegetables
It is a dish that looks like chestnuts and ginkgo autumn has fallen on soft fried beef. Simple seasoning enhances the taste of beef and vegetables.

Apricot tofu in the season of Tsuyu Soba with Hanashiitake mushrooms
Hanashiitake mushrooms are shiitake mushrooms whose umbrellas are broken as if they were blossoming, and are rare dried shiitake mushrooms that can be harvested only when various weather conditions are met. Summer Palace has a reputation for medicinal soup, and you can also choose dandan noodles on this course that seems to be fine.
The dessert almond tofu is a refreshing aftertaste with pears and jelly.
All of the dishes we received were not only taste, but also color, aroma, texture, and ingredients at home, and could not be prepared. It was September when the hot summer continued, but thank you for the moment that made me feel the finest autumn and the moment that both my body and mind were pleased.
