[Taste of Chuo-ku] I ordered a special spice curry
"Tokyo Kyobashiya Curry"

While saying that he likes curry more than three rice, he continued to be unable to eat and walk freely.
In the future, there will be more opportunities to use takeouts and orders in order to keep in mind a "new lifestyle".
Today, I would like to report on the recent declaration of a state of emergency when I ordered Kyobashiya curry in search of the taste of Chuo-ku.

About Kyobashi-ya curry

Tokyo Kyobashiya Curry is an original spice curry shop near the monument at the site of the Kyobashi Daikon Riverside Vegetable Market.
All menus are gluten-free with no additives. The curry of Kyobashi-ya, which is made from carefully selected ingredients, has a unique feeling that cannot be tasted elsewhere, and when you eat it, your body will be fine.

Opened in 2006. This spring has entered the 15th year. It was converted to a take-out specialty store in April 2019, and from August 2019, it became possible to deliver it at Uber Eats. The business format that does not become dense is perfect for new everyday life.

You can order from the official account of the store.

The order is from a LINE account, but even if I don't have a smartphone, I was able to contact you via regular text mail.

The curry that can be purchased by mail order is frozen as it is. In addition to frozen curry, we also sell special curry powder and rice-type logo spoons (later appearance).

You can choose the payment method from cash on delivery (with a separate fee) or bank transfer. I made a bank transfer using internet banking.

In addition, Kyobashiya Curry is also open on the gourmet mail order site "Tabelog Mall", which just opened in June this year, so you can order online by credit card payment from there.

I received a cool package.

Since the product was frozen, it was delivered by Cool Takkyubin from Kuroneko Yamato. It seems that up to 8 frozen curry can fit in 60 size (smallest size) of Takkyubin. Speaking of Yamato Transport Co., Ltd., its headquarters is located in Ginza, Chuo-ku, right? About 100 years ago, the company was founded in Kyobashi Ward, Tokyo. This is an unexpected collaboration between Kyobashi. I'm always taken care of by couriers and post offices, but how much did you help during your stay-at-home period? I'm full of gratitude.

It's a frozen curry
package. This container is Aeon's private brand, Top Valu, "Home Cody's microwave oven storage container", and it is nice that it can be reused after eating curry. Since it has a flat structure without groove, it is easy to wash and dry, care is easy.

There are no large Aeon stores in Chuo Ward, but some of them are handled by the group's "Maibasuketto". It is a series that has a reputation so that some people say, "All preserved containers have been re-ordered," so if you are interested in it as a kitchenware, please check it out.

Each of the three types of curry purchased this time had tips on how to warm them, such as "do not weaken the sense of spices," "do not harden the meat," and "do not make the shrimp smaller." Thanks to this precise direction unique to Kyobashiya Curry, we were able to restore frozen curry well.

And this is a rice-shaped logo spoon, a recommended item that boosts the taste of curry. It has a stress-free shape that is easy to rinse an appropriate amount and is hard to hit the teeth when put in the mouth. I like the vertical logotype because it is astringent.

Kyobashiya Curry'
s original goods can also be obtained at the event "Curry & Culture vol.2-Necessary Curry cultural festival" currently being held on the B2C floor of Tokyu Hands Shibuya. The period is until July 19th (Sun). From Chuo-ku, the popular shop "Eric South" in Yaesu Underground Shopping Center is also participating. It seems that this event is also specially compatible with mail order this year. We will deliver a little bit of the venue.

Well, let's have a real meal

Then, I would like to order a special spice curry [Taste of Chuo-ku] and "Tokyo Kyobashiya Curry"

Dry Date chicken curry

It is the hottest menu of Kyobashi-ya curry. I dare to use mussel meat instead of chicken thighs so that the spices do not become round. It is a real dry curry completed based on a spice mix made in consideration of the spicy balance of carefully selected chili.

Keyma

It is a curry with a taste without miscellaneous taste using high quality Miyazaki pork and plenty of Hokkaido tomato juice. Because it uses cardamon luxuriously, minced meat is the leading curry, but it has a refreshing finish, and Kyobashiya curry is a gem that is said to be a keema.

Curry

It is a dish full of originality named after the initials of chicken, cabbage, and shrimp. Shrimp and shrimp oil, which are essential for Tokie curry, are also frozen. Homemade shrimp oil made with natural shrimp shells and rice oil, and 21 kinds of spices and herbs smell vividly.

Post-meal comments

The Kyobashi-ya curry tasted for the first time in a long time was exceptional. This spring, I couldn't walk around the town and spent every day as depression, but I'm glad I ordered it boldly. From now on, I will continue to enjoy the tastes of various Chuo-ku like this.
