Speaking of books focusing on such lifestyles, I think of a famous book that realistically captures the living space of people living in Tokyo in the early 1990s, but I have never heard of books that contain 20 rooms in the same apartment. And all of them are rooms with the same shape and the same volume. I think "Central Bank Capsule Style" can be said to be an unprecedented architectural book in the world.

The central bank capsule tower building is a masterpiece of metabolism architecture proposed by Kiaki Kurokawa. Originally, it was a concept in which independent capsules were replaced with new ones. However, it has never been replaced since its completion in 1972 to the present.
