Today, November 15 (Tuesday) at Hachioji Pearl Rice, we received a grade inspection of Hakutsuru Nishiki harvested at Tenku Farm last month.

This year, I was able to receive "2nd class" as well.
Shiratsuru Nishiki is not a registered rice in Tokyo, and Tenku Farm is not a farmland, so the second prize is the highest rank.
It was a moment when we received happy words about the size and condition of the grains, and this year's hardship of rice making was rewarded.
