This year, for the first time, Ehomaki, supervised by Ginza Kubei, appeared at Seven-Eleven at a major convenience store (convenience store). This is the real thing I got.

It was the first time for me to make a reservation and purchase at a convenience store. In order to reduce food loss, the number of retailers selling seasonal products such as pre-order sales is increasing.

I also purchased shrimp and tuna salad Ehomaki and seafood Ehomaki. These are not supervised by shops in Chuo-ku, but the unusual luxurious lineup is fun only at this time.

I opened it right away. Seven-Eleven's Ehomaki is the second roll method in which the film is peeled off and laver is similar to regular product hand-rolled sushi and rice balls. It seems that first-class seaweed is used in Ginza Kubei Auditor's Keihomaki.

Ginza Kubei's owner was touched on the "beauty of cross-sections" in the secret story of development, so I tried to cut it out while conscious of the existence of "how much". It's Setsubun, so if you don't forget the joy and appreciation of the arrival of spring, I think there are many ways to eat. Don't overdo it if you're a fan of a round kaburi.

The main character, "Yakianako", has a flavor of sauce, and the slightly sweet "Tamagoyaki" is fluffy, and the saltiness of "How much", which sometimes appears, is in harmony with the whole. In addition, there are also famous masters such as "shrimp", "shiitake", and "trefoil". The vinegared rice, which uses the same vinegar as Ginza Kubei, also summarized the ingredients with skill. Setsubun, who writes "separate the seasons," is an event to dispel evil that is thought to occur at the turn of the season, a day of wishing for sound health a year.
