[Nihonbashikabutocho] "Eiichi Shibusawa / Akaishi Festa (Shibuaka Festa)" Participation Report [Nihonbashikayabacho]
After seeing this article dated March 22, 2021, I went to "Eiichi Shibusawa / Akaishi Festa".
For a limited time "Eiichi Shibusawa Akaishi Festa"(Mr. Passive Takashi)
"Eiichi Shibusawa / Akaishi Festa" is a limited-time festival full of content related to Eiichi Shibusawa, and was held for the first time this year in Kabuto-cho and Kayabacho, where Eiichi Shibusawa once set up a mansion and created many companies. Was.
For me who continued my stay home, it was an opportunity to visit Chuo-ku for the first time in a while. So I walked along the Sakura-dori St. (tentative name) on the way to Kabuto-cho, and enjoyed the walk-through cherry blossom viewing just before the closing.
The exhibition period has already ended, but we will tell you about the festival as a participation report for the introduction of the shop.
Eiichi Shibusawa I watch in a movie
On March 30, a special screening was held entitled "Watching a movie about Tomioka Silk Mill, which Eiichi Shibusawa helped the company's founding."
Tomioka Silk Mill Monogatari, which was screened, was planned and produced by Tomioka City, Gunma Prefecture in 2017 to commemorate the third anniversary of the registration of Tomioka Silk Mill and the silk industry group in World Heritage, based on Ei Wada's memoir Tomioka Diary.
In line with the story of the main character aiming to be a first-class woman, it was a video work where you could learn about the origin of Tomioka Silk Mill and the working environment in the hall. On the way, I felt that the whole venue was impressed many times.
A life-size panel appears in the second half of this article, but Eiichi Shibusawa, the father of modern Japanese economy, seems to have been a small person. In "Red Cross-Tomioka Silk Mill Monogatari", the long-lived Kosuke Toyohara played the role of Sakae Shibusawa. It may be interesting to compare Eiichi Shibusawa statues, which differ for each movie or drama.

CAFE SALVADOR BUSINESS SALON (Cafe Salvador Business Salon)
The venue for the special screening was CAFE SALVADOR BUSINESS SALON, located on the first floor of Tokyo Securities Hall, directly connected to Kayabacho Station. It is a community place that combines cafe space and business salons. Time-based salons are used for business meetings, seminars, workshops, etc.
The cafe menu is also substantial, alcohol is served, and the food is available up to tapas (small dish dishes). I was prepared with vegetarian rice before watching the movie.
It was very comfortable, so I would like to stop by again when I take a walk around the Kayabacho area.

Imano Fruit Factory
It is a long-established fruit shop in Kayabacho, which is familiar on this blog. Fresh fruits and fruit sandwiches lined up in the store are eye-catching. It looks like an oasis in a town lined with securities companies.
I was able to visit the shop for the first time in the wake of "Eiichi Shibusawa / Akaishi Festa".
I purchased the standard strawberry mix sandwich and mango sandwich. Since it was during the festival, I received an oval-type Eiichi Shibusawa special sticker that shines golden. I realized that I also participated in the festival even in shopping.
BISTRO SABLIER on the second floor is a restaurant where the younger brother of the manager of Imano Fruit Factory serves as a chef. This was also a sponsorship shop of Eiichi Shibusawa Akaishi Festa. It seems that you can taste bistro dishes that incorporate fresh fruits because it is affiliated with a fruit shop, so next time I'd like to ask for a fruit tailoring menu.

Nisshokan, one of the best retro buildings in the Kabuto-cho area.
The Nisshokan is located on the site of Eiichi Shibusawa's residence. Here, a special exhibition of valuable materials that are not normally open to the public was held along with a board explaining the feat of Eiichi Shibusawa. The details of the exhibition can be found in the tour report by Kabuto LIVE! Editorial Department.
In the lobby, there was a life-size panel of Eiichi Shibusawa, a young age who was active in Kabuto-cho and Kayabacho, and a corner where you can take a commemorative photo. This small body had great power that made many feats. By the way, the Nihonbashi River flows beyond the glass window in the back.
The last is the story of Akaishi, which is also the name of this festival. It was set up as a lucky stone that prayed for the prosperity of the Japanese economy when Eiichi Shibusawa set up a mansion in this area, and it seems that he continued to value it throughout his life. At present, permanent exhibition is shown at the entrance of the Nisshokan (top image).
During the festival, there was a mechanism using AR in Akaishi.
AR (Augmented Reality) is a technology that superimposes visual information created with CG etc. on the actual scenery. When a smartphone that reads the information in advance is held over Akaishi, Eiichi Shibusawa who loves Akaishi There is a figure that emerged. He moved slowly and turned around.
The festival has ended, but you can visit the entrance of the Nisshokan on a regular basis. The massive interior, such as the beautiful ceiling decoration and the shooter-type post box that has been in use since its completion in 1928, are worth a look. Of course, you can also touch Akaishi and make a wish.

After the town walk
Eiichi Shibusawa, the face of Taiga drama series this year. In 2024, it will be the face of the new 10,000 yen bill.
In my home without a TV, I couldn't hit the blue sky, but I was able to touch the person I was talking about now in an unexpected way. Did I get on the trend a little, too?
As the catchphrase of "watching, wishing, taste, learning, and shining", "Eiichi Shibusawa / Akaishi Festa" was a festival full of events that could be enjoyed from various perspectives.
Also, if there is an event that makes you want to visit the whole city repeatedly like this, I would like to participate.
