NHK Taiga drama series "Berabo-Eikano Yumehanashi-" will begin in January 2025.

Juzaburo Tsutaya is not limited to a commercial publishing activity called Tsuta Karamaru, but also a publisher who created, transmitted, and developed Edo culture and art.

"In the Edo period, Nihonbashi's street Aburamachi (now Nihonbashiodenmacho) was home to famous publishers who were responsible for publishing, including Ukiyo-e, which was the only tool for disseminating information.
Nihonbashi was the place where famous painters Utamaro, Sharaku, and Hokusai flew all over Japan and the world.
Juzaburo Tsutaya found the painters and produced it now.
2025 Taiga drama series is the story of Juzaburo Tsutaya.
On this occasion, we launched the Tsutashige Tsutomukai as a place to learn about Juzaburo Tsutaya, Edo culture such as ukiyo-e, and our town Nihonbashi. "
